BRP's PILLARS OF SUCCESS
Developing the next generation of decision makers.
The BRP scholar program exposes students to the business, board and community sectors through a holistic approach that includes sessions such as: Boards 101, leadership development, IT and CyberSecurity, financial statements, public-speaking exercises, and Robert Rules of Order overview, all designed to enhance existing programming or can be tailored to meet the social and economic needs of a community.
The Professional Woman
BRP provides professional women interested in enhancing their board knowledge and building their boardroom capital with the tools needed to acquire a seat at the table. Through professional development and board training, we prepare women for board service on community, non-profit, and corporate boards throughout Texas.
BRP believes in supporting the development of other local non-profits and community partners, so that in collaboration with one another, we will all have a greater impact on the community we seek to serve.
